Most tenants go from first enquiry to unloading their van inside two hours. No sales calls, no phone tag. Here's each step.

Pick a size.
10ft, 20ft, or 40ft — we have a page showing what each fits. Not sure? Ring us: 10-minute chat, we'll match you to the right size. No pressure upgrade.

Reserve online or by phone.
Fill the short form (name, phone, desired size, preferred move-in date). We confirm availability within an hour in working time, usually much sooner. Reservation holds your unit for 48 hours with no payment needed.

Sign the agreement.
Plain-English rental agreement — one page, three key terms: 1-month minimum, 14-day rolling notice, price locked 12 months. We email you a PDF to sign digitally. Takes two minutes.

Pay your first month + deposit.
Stripe or BACS. For our launch-offer tenants (first 10): pay £1 plus the deposit and you're in. Deposits are £50–£100 depending on size, refundable within 7 days of vacating.

Get your PIN and unit number.
As soon as payment clears we send you a 6-digit entry PIN, your unit number, and a one-page site map. The PIN works at the gate day or night, no appointment needed.

Move in.
Drive straight up to your container. No lifts, no corridors, no trolleys. Bring your own padlock or buy ours at cost (£15). The locking rod accepts any standard shackle lock.
Access
The yard, 24/7.
Once you're a tenant you have the same access we do: unlimited entries, day or night, no surcharges.
- PIN entry gate. Your unique 6-digit code works round the clock. Every entry and exit is logged.
- Drive-up to your door. No winding through corridors. 7.5t lorry access fine, 18t on request.
- Perimeter fence. 2.4m steel palisade, razor-top, no climbable access points.
- 24-hour CCTV. Recorded to off-site backup, remotely monitored by security firm.
- Regular patrols. Site walked multiple times daily, plus response call-out if any alarm triggers.
- Well-lit at night. LED flood lighting across the yard — unloading at 11pm feels no different to 11am.
Moving out is just as easy.

Give 14 days' notice.
Email or phone. We'll confirm the end date in writing.

Clear the unit.
Empty and sweep out. You keep the padlock (if you brought your own) or we refund the £15 if you bought ours.

We inspect & refund.
Joint walk-around if you're on site, or we photograph and send you the report. Deposit refunded to your original payment method within 7 days.

Any unused months, refunded.
If you paid 6 months upfront and left in month 4, we refund months 5 and 6 pro-rata. No clawback, no "notice-month charge", no small print.
Process FAQs.
Can I view the yard before signing?
Yes — ring us to arrange a walk-around. We typically show you the actual unit you'll be taking.
Do I need to bring my own padlock?
Your choice. Bring one (any standard shackle lock with a 10mm+ hasp fits the locking rod), or buy ours at cost on arrival (£15). We won't force-bundle one into your invoice.
What ID do I need?
Photo ID (driving licence or passport) plus a recent utility bill or bank statement with your current address. Standard anti-fraud checks, takes 60 seconds.
Can someone else access my unit?
Yes — share your PIN, or we can issue a second PIN for a named family member / staff member at no extra cost. We track which PIN was used on each entry.
What if I need a bigger unit later?
If a bigger unit's free, we move you across. Pay the difference in rent, keep your 12-month price-lock clock running.
What if a container gets damaged?
The container itself is ours to maintain — we handle weatherproofing, door repairs, and any wear. Your responsibility is the contents and not damaging the unit intentionally.
