Common questions.
How soon can I move in?
Most tenants move in the same day they reserve. Call us before 4pm, sign the agreement online, and you'll have a PIN and unit number before the yard closes.
What's the minimum rental term?
One month. After that, 14 days' notice any time. Unused portion refunded pro-rata.
Can I access my unit 24/7?
Yes. PIN entry works round the clock, every day, no booking required, no surcharge.
Do I need insurance?
No. Unlike the big chains, we don't mandate it. Most tenants either self-insure under an existing policy or add our £8/month option for £5,000 of cover.
What can't I store?
No flammables, no hazardous materials, no food, no living things, no stolen goods. Basically the standard UK storage T&Cs — full list on the terms page.
Can I get a bigger unit later?
Yes — if a bigger unit's available, we'll move you. Pay the difference, keep your price-lock period running on the new unit.
What about business VAT?
Prices listed are VAT-inclusive. Business customers get a VAT invoice each month.
